Development of new mold design and manufacturing projects; in every design, we include our team of designers, process engineers, and mold-making leaders to achieve a comprehensive vision in mold development (from part design to mold maintainability and performance optimization in the injection process), focusing on minimizing total project costs.
Diagnostic, maintenance, and improvement services for existing client molds (including elimination of aesthetic defects in the final part, injection cycle improvements, material savings, etc.).
Injection service provided by a range of injection molding machines from 90 Tn to 1200 Tn, allowing us to inject parts weighing from a few grams to approximately 5 kg. All injection machines are equipped with peripherals that optimize cost, safety, flexibility, stability, control, and process automation. Additionally, we have experience in processing a wide range of materials (PP, PS, PSAI, ABS, PC, Polyamides, etc.), and we perform value-added processes on the final product (pad printing, screen printing, hot stamping, chrome plating, assembly, packaging, and preservation).
We execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all molds we inject, which guarantees and extends their operation and lifespan, ensuring a high level of reliability in part supply.
